about me

stardustyarns is a small, queer, independent business run by a chronically ill neurodivergent person located in germany. combining love for yarns and wool with a more alternative colour scheme.

i started stardust yarns while in my second burnout, mentally getting out of corporate one skein at a time. yarn and knitting in general always got me through hard times in my life. starting at university trying to cope with the stress, helping me through grief when i was orphaned at 27 and is still continuing to do so now.

as a neurodivergent and chronically ill person myself it was hard to fit in into the typical corporate world, even before my burnout. hitting my second burnout in 2025 made me realize that i need to create, do things with my hands and play with yarns to really make me happy. starting out in our kitchen, i hope to grow this business into something bigger, combining my love for alternativ music, gorgeous textures and the urge to create.
